webosan is a manufacturer of drug-delivery device hardware — injection pens, sterile pen needles, 3 mL cartridges, and custom kits — supplied to distributors, therapy brands, clinic groups, and procurement teams. This website is a business-to-business sourcing tool.

• Website chat — the messages you type. If you include an email address or a phone number in a message, we extract it so the sales desk can reply.
• Direct email or WhatsApp — whatever you choose to send us.

Information collected automatically:

• Inquiry records — for each submitted inquiry we store the submitter IP address and browser user-agent string together with a timestamp.
• First-party analytics — pages viewed, page type, referring site or campaign, approximate country derived from network headers, device type, and the hour of the visit, linked to a pseudonymous visitor ID.
